Courses are structured and priced with monthly tuition. Tuition is the same amount each month. We do not charge more for “long” months and less for “short” months. Over the year, all courses meet the same number of times.
Once a child is registered for course, his/her enrollment automatically carries over each following month. Monthly tuition is due on the first of each month.
Enrollment is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
You may re-enroll your child from a course from which he or she withdrew at any time; however, we cannot guarantee that your child’s spot will still be available.
If you have taken courses with us, you can re-enroll at the same price within a period of six months from the last date on which you took a course.
Withdrawing from a Course
If you ever wish to withdraw from a course, you may do so by providing written notice (by email) 30 days prior to the upcoming billing cycle (for example, if withdrawing for October, written notice needs to be received by September 1).
The ages on the registration form are only a guideline. If you have family members who would like to take a course together, please call us to make arrangements.
A waiting list will be maintained for each course. If your first and/or second choice of course is not available, you will automatically be placed on a waiting list for that course. If a spot becomes available, we will contact families in the order the enrollments were received.
Enrollment will not be completed until payment has been received. A fee of $25 will be charged for returned checks.
The Language School accepts checks and credit cards (but not debit cards). The cards we accept are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please make checks payable to “The Language School.” A fee of $25 will be charged for returned checks.
